The cheapest investment you will ever make
is in good counsel.

For thirteen years I have watched smart businesses lose money to bad sourcing, smart students choose wrong courses for the right reasons, and smart adults stay silent in marriages that quietly drained them. None of it had to happen. Counsel — early, honest, specific — costs less than the mistake it prevents.

Six practices, one principle

Where I can be useful

Three lines of work for businesses. Three for individuals. Each is built on the same belief: that clarity is more valuable than complexity, and that being told the truth politely is worth paying for.

Why bring me in

Most decisions don't go wrong
because of bad information.

They go wrong because the person closest to the problem cannot afford to be honest with themselves about it. A founder cannot tell their team the cash isn't going to last. A father cannot tell his daughter she's choosing medicine for him, not for her. A wife cannot tell her husband she stopped loving him a year ago.

That is the job. Not to know more than you. To be the person in the room who can afford to say what everyone is already thinking, and then to give you a practical, achievable thing to do next.

You write to me

Through the form, on WhatsApp, by email — whichever is easiest. I reply within one working day.

We have a free 15-minute call

To decide together whether I'm the right person for this. I am open to telling you I am not.

If yes, we begin

For individuals — sessions of 60–75 minutes. For businesses — a scoped engagement with a written brief, a fixed fee, and a defined outcome.

About the founder

A consultant by trade,
a counsellor by experience.

My day job for over a decade has been moving goods and money efficiently — across plants, across borders, across spreadsheets. I am a B.Tech engineer, a PGDBA, and an alumnus of IIM Lucknow's Supply Chain programme. I have spent thirteen years inside the operations of Indian companies trying to make them less wasteful.

My other job, which I did not plan for, was lived. Our Ill-Legal Marriage is the book I wrote about it. It is the reason I now also sit across the table from people in difficult personal situations and tell them, as gently as I can, the truth I needed someone to tell me.

A quiet promise

If you have something on your mind right now,
let's at least talk about it.

The 15-minute call is free. There is no pitch at the end. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so — and most of the time I'll point you to someone who is.
